Almost daily, we have new user sign-ups. We also receive questions from potential leads about how our platform works, and about the ad spaces listed with us. As the Acquisition Executive, you help us engage with these new users and leads. You convert leads into users, and you help schedule onboarding meetings between users and our Media Consultants. You also proactively seek out prospective leads to introduce ourselves, let them know how they can benefit from AdEasy, and acquire them to be AdEasy users. This requires resourcefulness, a positive attitude, initiative, drive, efficiency, patience, and good communication skills.

Your most important characteristic is you love finding those who require advertising help, so that they get all the support they need from us. AdEasy is a platform for anyone to advertise offline in just a few clicks. Your job is to help acquire as many users as possible so that they can enjoy the value we offer.

You are an excellent communicator: charming personality, articulate, enthusiastic, sharp, and goal-oriented. Your success is measured in your swiftness in responding and reaching out to users and leads, the quality of acquired users, the number of successful meetings made for our Media Consultants, and the number of campaigns acquired users run with us.


You're good at:

  • Written and spoken English
  • Self and time management
  • Research and organising
  • Microsoft Office and Google office suite: Docs, Sheets and Slides

Extra awesome if you're:

  • Experienced in acquisition/telemarketing
  • Responsible, adaptable, and self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (written and spoken)

We start our days by engaging with new users and potential leads assigned to us, and setting up meetings for the Media Consultants.

Researching and outreaching

Afternoons are when we do our research for potential leads, reaching out to them, and signing them up as AdEasy users.

6:30 P.M.

Team update

We end the day with a team update on the day’s achievements, outstanding tasks, challenges, and share learnings, if any.
