As a Multimedia Designer, you create on-brand visual and video content that excite, explain and engage. You help establish our brand positioning to our users at every touch point. You conceptualise and create original content across all channels, and provide support for ad-hoc creative requests. This requires creativity, a keen artistic eye for appealing aesthetics, a knack for identifying engaging content angles, good communication skills, a startup attitude, and passion for brand building.

Your most important characteristics are that you are passionate about storytelling through visuals and video, and are hands-on in bringing your ideas to life. AdEasy is not only a platform for booking ad spaces, it is also a place for people to learn about advertising. You work closely with the Content Marketer to produce relevant and compelling content that makes our users’ interaction with us interesting and value-adding.

You are first and foremost an excellent creative specialist with a combination of graphic design, photography and video production skills. You are resourceful, independent, structured with attention to detail, and possess a positive and problem-solving attitude. Success is measured by the timely execution of quality content, the number of potential users who interact with us because our content “spoke” to them, the growing number of social media followers and active website users, and how increasingly busy we are responding to an expanding community of engaged users.


You're good at:

  • Graphic design and photography
  • Producing videos from storyboarding to editing
  • Bringing fresh perspectives, and exploring content beyond the norm, like educational videos and infographics
  • Visual and video production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects and/or relevant software

Extra awesome if you're:

  • Able to illustrate
  • Knowledgeable about printing and production processes
  • Familiar with producing content for a wide range of channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more

Morning routine

The day usually starts with clearing emails, checking on-going marketing activities’ progress and results, and reviewing what needs to be done for the day. It’s not unusual to load up on caffeine during this time.

2:00 P.M.

Monthly POWWOW

We have our team meeting every third Monday of the month. This is when we review the previous month’s marketing results, and align our marketing plans for the following month. We also discuss, catch-up and decide on pending issues, learnings, and so on.

3:00 P.M.


We come together as a team—the mad (wo)men aka the content/creative folks and the math (wo)men aka the analytics/performance folks—a few times a week and combine our talents to ideate and create campaigns, activities, anything that will pull users in from all relevant platforms.
