AdEasy’s community consists of users and media partners. Almost daily, we have new user sign- ups. We also receive questions from potential leads about how our platform works, and about the ad spaces listed with us. As the Media and Acquisition Intern, you help us engage with these new users and leads. You convert leads into users, and you help schedule onboarding meetings between users and our Media Consultants. You also proactively seek out prospective leads to introduce ourselves, let them know how they can benefit from AdEasy, and acquire them to be AdEasy users.
In order to give users a top-notch experience on the AdEasy marketplace, one of our priorities is to continuously add new ad spaces to our platform. You assist on this by identifying and approaching media companies to partner with, facilitate the registration process, and support in setting up and listing ad spaces on behalf of them. This requires resourcefulness, a positive attitude, initiative, drive, efficiency, patience, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Your most important characteristic is your enthusiasm and hunger for gaining knowledge. AdEasy is not only a platform for booking offline ad space, it is also a place for people to learn about advertising. Your job is to help acquire as many users and media partners as possible so that they can enjoy the value we offer, while adding breadth and depth to your understanding about advertising.
You are an eager learner: keen interest in advertising, willing to familiarise yourself with different parts of the company, self-aware, focused on continuous improvement, have a thirst for growth, and highly adaptable. Your success is measured in the rate of your personal growth and advertising knowledge, swiftness in responding and reaching out to users, leads, and media companies, the quality of acquired users, the number of successful meetings made for our Media Consultants, the number of successful media partners acquired, the quality and quantity of ad spaces listed, and the happiness level of our community.

We start our days by engaging with new users and potential leads assigned to us, and setting up meetings for the Media Consultants.
Afternoons are when we do our research for potential leads and media companies, reaching out to them, and signing them up as AdEasy users and partners.
Sometimes, we shadow Media Consultants and the Media Team in their meetings with users and media partners. This is the exciting part.
We follow up on new media companies’ registration progress, and help them setup and list ad spaces. This is usually when we have our afternoon coffee to perk up.
We end the day with a team update on the day’s achievements, outstanding tasks, challenges, and share learnings, if any. We will get mentored during this time.
