Best Practises

Act Professionally

Represent yourself and your business in a way that is respectful and business-like by submitting creative briefs that are complete, informative, and professional. Set realistic goals and timelines to avoid disappointment.

A Little Effort Goes A Long Way

Taking the time and effort to submit a complete creative brief is always worth it. By posting a detailed description of your campaign with clear objectives, specific deliverables, and defined timelines, you can avoid unnecessary waste of time as we will have a clear idea on your expectations, and will be able to provide an accurate cost estimate to get the ball rolling immediately.

Great Work Begins With Great Communication

Just as with any team, clear and straightforward communication is key to keeping a project on track. Some options you may want to consider:

  1. Begin with a kick-off meeting to introduce yourself and set mutual expectations. This is especially important if you’re working with us for the first time. The more information you give us about the campaign and your business, the better.

  2. Keep in mind that working with a creative team usually involves a number of back-and-forths before the final seal of approval. Keep your schedule on track by responding promptly to requests for additional information and/or approvals. Clearly communicate any changes to deadlines and deliverables.

  3. Give kudos for a job well done and be constructive when you want to make changes. Our designers and producers will appreciate it!
