AdEasy gets users—those who intend to advertise in or who might benefit from advertising in offline media—because of the brilliant work of the Digital Marketer. You help our brand grow quickly and awesomely with on-point digital-brand strategies. You formulate, structure, setup, manage, optimise, and measure campaigns for various digital mediums, analyse insights and data, map user engagement journeys, monitor useful trends, and set digital KPIs and budgets. This requires a strategic and analytical brain, creativity, a knack for identifying opportunities, a startup attitude, and passion for brand building.

Your most important characteristic is that you love to be hands-on in driving all digital marketing initiatives. You understand the value AdEasy brings to users. Your job is to reach as many potential users as possible so that they can benefit from AdEasy when they want to run offline ad campaigns. You are experimental, able to work with tight deadlines, and quick in reacting to high and low performing campaigns with relevant solutions. And you actually know the meaning of terms like SEO, SEM, GDN, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, programmatic, remarketing, automation.

You are an excellent strategist and tactician: strong organisational, campaign management and budgeting skills, high attention to detail, goal-oriented, driven and self-motivated, able to use data to drive actionable insights, and have a good understanding of the interplay between offline and online, and between paid, earned and owned channels. You measure success in the number of users who found us and the number of campaigns booked through us because of our digital marketing efforts, the growing number of social media followers and active website users, and how increasingly busy we are responding to an expanding community of engaged users.

We come together as a team—the mad (wo)men aka the content/creative folks and the math (wo)men aka the analytics/performance folks—a few times a week and combine our talents to ideate and create campaigns, activities, anything that will pull users in from all relevant platforms.
