These Terms of Use govern your use of the following website: AdEasy.co and any other websites operated or controlled by ADEASY SDN. BHD. (“AdEasy”), including its subsidiary and affiliates (the “Sites”). By accessing the Sites, you are indicating your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use do not apply to third-party websites to which the Sites may link save as otherwise provided herein. Your use of the Sites is subject to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. 

These Terms of Use may be amended from time to time by AdEasy at its absolute discretion. If AdEasy changes these Terms of Use, an updated version of these Terms of Use will reflect those changes and we will notify you of such changes by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms of Use. 

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to the current version of these Terms of Use which you may view when accessing the Sites. If you disagree with these Terms of Use, you may at your sole discretion discontinue accessing or using the Sites. 

The terms ‘AdEasy’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to ADEASY SDN. BHD. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the Sites. 

The use of the Sites are subject to the following:

You agree to indemnify and hold us and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Your use of te Sites and any dispute arising out of such use of the Sites is subject to the laws of Malaysia.
