AdEasy users have smooth interactions on our website, and appreciate how awesome our visuals are. This would be the work of the Frontend Web Developer. You combine the art of design with the art of programming by translating UI/UX design wireframes to actual code. This requires a keen aesthetic sense, attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, critical thinking, artistic vision, thirst for knowledge, good coding practice, and good communication and interpersonal skills.

Your most important characteristic is that you love obsessing about visual layout and website usability. AdEasy is a platform that makes it easy for businesses to run ad campaigns. Your job is to make sure users are able to find and book the right ad space quickly and efficiently, all the while admiring our website’s aesthetics. This means being able to identify UI/UX problems and recommending suggestions for improvements, and continuous website performance testing and optimisation.

You are excellent in bridging the gap between design and code: curious, self motivated, confident, determined, persistent, success-oriented, patient, data driven, and a problem-solver. Your success is measured in well-designed, clean and reusable code based on approved UI, how highly rated our website performance is, our web pages’ loading speed, how well our web pages work, and the ability to document well.

  • Semantic HTML, CSS3, jQuery, Blade Templating engine, Bootstrap, AJAX
  • UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, and general web standards

Extra awesome if you're:

  • Knowledgeable in SEO
  • Knowledgeable in A/B testing for UI/UX implementation
  • Willing to learn and able to understand codes
  • Experienced in frontend web development

For three times a week, we start our days sharing with each other what has been done, what is in progress, and what issues are being faced. We work as a team to help each other out as and when needed. We also have bi-weekly Sprints to plan and manage our workload.

DND aka coding time

We put on our headphones, hoodies, whatever that help us focus, and code. We have the occasional coffee and snack breaks in between.

We have frequent discussions about the latest technology trends and industry changes, and how we can apply that to improve our current website or develop new features. We sometimes speak to colleagues from other teams to get insights and input as well.
